Games Simon Plays 
My team had a lot of fun with this game. Some unexpected things were uncovered. I highly recommend this for teams with remote participants as well as co-located teams. I had to let the team watch sample letters for about 45 seconds or so, so they get the idea. Team’s creativity was amazing. We had a few laughs which allowed for a lighter mood while discussing difficult subjects once the letters were read aloud. Thank you, Simon!
