Ball Toss Name Game (Introductions)

dementia.stock.photo.sitePlay this with a group who do not know each other, make the introductions memorable and get your meeting off to a more interesting start.

  1. Form the group into a circle.
  2. Use a ball or any object which can be easily thrown and caught between participants.

The concept is very simple, before you gently toss the ball to someone else you must first call out their name so the whole circle can hear it. (It is OK to ask first if you don’t know a name.)

Play until it appears most people know everyone else’s name. (Usually no more than 5 minutes.)
